This is the journey we will take together
Over the course of (4) days, and (3) nights you will be guided through a series of exercises, workshops and meditations designed to help reconnect you with key components in your own Soul Blueprint.

Your Soul Blueprint is a combination of energetics that play a significant role in your ability to allow, receive and embrace changes (and opportunities) as they happen in your life. Some of these energetics include: Past Lives, Soul Contracts, significant relationships, milestones, timelines and more.
The process of exploring your Soul Blueprint is something I have being doing with clients for over twenty years. Profound transformations and healings happen when we are guided back into union with our Wise Self. This is a process I would like to guide you through, so you can discover it for yourself...

Every stage (and step) in our journey serves a purpose. Learning how to release some of the heartache that comes with these experiences can be incredibly difficult...

During our time together you'll be guided to connect with Past Lives, Soul Contracts and deep energetic layers that help identify "the root" so you may choose to release, clear, forgive and heal (as you are ready to).
Renew
Once we have identified the "root" we can bring in healing and clearing; renewing our sense of self with compassion, purpose and serenity. From here we can begin to attune and re-align with our highest potential....

This portion of the retreat focuses on bringing in deep healings to the areas of our lives (past and present) that need them most through a series of guided meditations, workshops and assisted energy work as needed.

This years Spring 2024 Soul Retreat will be hosted at the beautiful Muskoka Soul Luxury Cottage in Gravenhurst, ON where you will have the option for shared or private rooms, with all meals included.

(Approx. 2hrs from Toronto and 4hrs from Ottawa). Guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from the retreat.

This retreat includes Thursday night dinner; Breakfast, lunch and dinner on Friday and Saturday; Sunday breakfast. Coffee, tea, water, juices and snacks will be available throughout. Dietary restrictions may be added at checkout. No alcohol will be served (please see 'retreat policies' for more information)

Retreat Policies, Guest Options & Host Preferences
PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS: To help make this experience more accessible to those who feel called to attend, Payment Plan options are available in the form of (2) monthly payments, or (4) bi-weekly payments based on the accommodation of your choice + additional processing fees. All payments are due at the time of the retreat, and unless otherwise specified, are non-refundable. Email info@lauratraplin.com to request a payment plan, based on availability at the time of booking.

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS & ACCOMMODATIONS: Please note any special dietary requirements or allergies at checkout and our caterer will do their best to accommodate, or we will notify you prior to the event and encourage you to bring your own substitutes where necessary.

ALCOHOL AND RECREATIONAL SUBSTANCES (PREFERENCE): Due to the sensitive nature of healing and collective energy work, we kindly request that guests refrain from alcohol or recreational substances for the duration of our retreat. Coffee, tea, water and juices will be available throughout.

PHOTO RELEASE POLICY: Throughout the retreat photos and recordings may be taken for promotional and educational purposes; guests will be asked to sign a photo release waiver if they are comfortable with their likeliness being published (in future campaigns; email, social media, website, etc.) —with options to select 'no thank you' or to decline participation in group photos throughout the retreat.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: Full retreat payment is required at registration (or by time of the event if Payment Plans are selected as an option) and is non-refundable, no exceptions.
