Classes are every Thursday from 6:00-7:45pm EST.

Our program runs from from September 25th, 2025 - January 15th, 2026 and is split into (3) modules: Foundations → Healing → Embodiment.

Module 1 – The Intuitive Foundations (Weeks 1-4)

“Awaken your intuition. Trust your inner voice.”

Week 1: (Sept 25) Opening the intuitive channel — grounding, connecting, and trust. Learn foundational practices to ground your energy, open your intuitive awareness, and begin trusting the subtle ways your inner guidance speaks.

Week 2: (Oct 02) The language of intuition — learning to recognize and strengthen your unique intuitive style. Discover how intuition shows up for you—through sensations, feelings, images, or knowing—and practice exercises to strengthen your natural gifts.

Week 3: (Oct 09) Spirit connection — how loved ones and guides communicate with you. Explore the gentle ways spirit communicates and learn to recognize signs, symbols, and messages from loved ones and guides.

Week 4: (Oct 16) Practice & integration — building confidence with simple, daily intuitive exercises. Integrate what you’ve learned through practice, reflection, and supportive exercises to help intuition become a trusted daily companion.

Integration Break: (Oct 23) No official class, participants are invited to join an (optional) “Hot Seat Healing” and Q&A call. Review guided meditations and journaling exercises.

Week 5: (Oct 30) Clearing energetic & emotional blocks. Identify and release the emotional and energetic patterns that block intuitive clarity, creating space for clearer guidance.

Week 6: (Nov 06) Healing past-life influences. Recognize patterns carried from past lives and begin releasing old stories that no longer serve your growth.

Week 7: (Nov 13) Working with ancestral energy for clarity. Understand your life pathway, recognize and clear repeating ancestral patterns for emotional release.

Week 8: (Nov 20) Deepening intuitive practice — combining guidance with healing work. Bring together intuitive connection and healing tools to support deeper self-awareness and transformation.

Integration Break: (Nov 27) No official class, participants are invited to join an (optional) “Hot Seat Healing” and Q&A call. Review guided meditations and journaling exercises.

Module 3: The Embodied Intuitive (Weeks 9–12)

Week 9: (Dec 4) Embodying your intuitive self — integration and daily alignment practice. Anchor your intuition into everyday life with simple, powerful practices that keep you aligned and connected.

Week 10: (Dec 11) Reading and interpreting intuitive insights. Learn how to clearly receive, interpret, and trust intuitive messages to guide your decisions and direction.

[Holidays] Dec 18 – Jan 7. No live sessions. Reflection & journaling

Week 11: (Jan 8) Trust, courage, and discernment — navigating life decisions intuitively. Build the courage and discernment to rely on your intuition as a compass for clarity and confidence.

Week 12: (Jan 15) Stepping forward — closing ceremony & embodying your intuitive mastery. Celebrate your journey, honour your growth, and step into your life as an empowered, embodied intuitive.

I haven’t taken any of your programs, is this program a good fit for me?

Yes, this program is a good fit for anyone with an interest in strengthening intuition, feeling clearer and more confident on life’s pathway, wondering about connections to those in spirit, and clearing repetitive patterns that keep you in a loop. You don’t need any prerequisites as there will be worksheets with each module that you can study in between classes.

Is mediumship a part of this? Do I need to learn it?

We cover mediumship and connections to those in spirit as an aspect of this program for those who want to learn, or improve their abilities. You are not required to connect live or be called upon for information; you will always be able to do what you are comfortable with.

Will these classes be recorded? Are replays available?

Yes, our classes will be recorded and available as replays, but only for those who are registered and participating. The recordings will be available within your 'Program Dashboard'.

How long will I have access to the course material? You will have access to your 'Program Dashboard' and all hosted materials (videos, workbooks, meditations) until the end of our time together (January 15, 2026). You may download the course materials and save them indefinitely, for personal use only. Sharing is strictly prohibited out of respect to the material, and other students' privacy.
