How do I book an appointment?
Please use my On-line Appointment Booking System through the "Book Now" button. This way you can choose a date and time that works with your schedule. If you experience any difficulties, please call my office at 613-592-2906.

I am going for my first reading, what should I expect?
When you arrive at my office at 3 Beaverbrook Road, please come to my reception room on the lower level. Once there, make yourself comfortable. I would ask that as a courtesy to the client I am already in session with, that you refrain from using your cell phone. I will meet you just before your scheduled session time.
Having a reading is a very relaxed environment with no pressure. The more relaxed you are the more you will probably enjoy your session. The information that I convey does not in any way replace your own common sense. It is completely up to you if you choose to follow any of the messages you are given. My messages do not replace any medical, legal or counselling advice.

Do I need to prepare anything or provide specific information?
Laura does not need to have any information about you before hand. You don't need to bring anything with you however, if you wish to have some questions ready you are welcome to jot them down.

Will a cassette tape recording be provided?
Each session is taped on audio cassette. While every attempt will be made to make this tape audible, this is not guaranteed.

What happens during a reading?
Laura will just begin by "connecting" and will start by either giving you information in the form of descriptions of people she sees, events, emotional patterns or health issues. This is usually how the session starts.
You are welcome to comment or ask questions at any time.
If there is a question or issue that hasn't been answered, please by all means bring it up and Laura will do her best to address it.
If there is a deceased loved one that you wish to contact, Laura will also do her best to contact this spirit. Again, there is no guarantee of this as spirits are on their own journey on the other side. They may send a "replacement" messenger to give you your message instead.
Laura does not edit the information she receives. If she does not get an answer to a question you have, she will tell you exactly this.
At all times she does her best to convey the messages she receives in a meaningful manner. It is important to remember that the spirit world works from a different vibrational level and it is sometimes like putting the "pieces of a puzzle" together. The messages are not given to her as you and I speak.

Do you do house parties?
No. I take my business seriously and do not consider myself entertainment. I have found that the typical home gathering is not the place to deliver information that comes through during a reading. I want my clients to get the best possible service and I find that my office provides the right atmosphere and conditions to make the necessary connections with the spirit world.

Do you provide group readings at your office?
Yes. Occassionally I have small groups who wish to share a session. Often the information I am conveying can be personal in nature and as such clients should be comfortable with sharing that information with others in the group.

Do you offer workshops where I could develop my psychic abilities?

Can I contact you after a reading to share my experiences?
Absolutely! I always enjoy hearing from my clients and to learn how events have unfolded since the reading. I typically don't remember a lot of the information I pass on during the session as I am simply channeling messages I receive at the time. Your feedback is always welcome. Can I have a reading over the phone?
Yes. I provide phone readings. I have many clients across the country and internationally. The same information comes to me whether I am reading for a client in person or long distance. I require payment in advance either by cheque, paypal or email bank transfer. Also, the client is responsible for long distance phone charges. I do not provide an audio cassette tape.
