Learn how to calm the mind and quiet the ego

Become aware of the subtleties of messages from your guides and how they connect with you

Know yourself – what are your own patterns, fears and blocks?

Learn how to “tune in” to your own body

Learn about energy and vibration and how it feels

Meditations to open up your channels to spirit

Practice using your own intuition; practice in pairs

Learn about the spirit world; Learn and practice hands-on tools to develop your intuition; Understand what"coincidences" and repetitive messages really mean; Gain the confidence to use this new-found information to help you in your day-to-day life; Learn to trust your intuition and instincts.
